#1: A challenging opening par 4 measuring 409 yards from the blue tees that plays uphill…all the way.  It features a double fairway split by a complex of bunkers.  From the white tees it is 213 yards to the first bunker and 317 yards to carry them all.  A split rail fence to the left side of the fairway protects a drainage swale and you get a free drop from the fence.  The left fairway is shorter, but has a tighter landing area and brings a greenside bunker into play.  Miss the fairway bunkers and take a par!
